I'll be honest with you: Keystone Reviews is new. I don't have years of case studies or a wall of client logos. What I have is a clear understanding of a problem I kept seeing — and a commitment to solving it the right way.

Many business owners in Metro Detroit provide excellent service, take care of their customers, and work hard every day. But when someone searches for them online, that reputation often isn't reflected in their Google reviews.

I started Keystone Reviews to fix that. The goal is straightforward: reach out to your past customers and make it easy for them to share the experience they already had. I don't use tricks or shortcuts, and I don't send the kind of automated messages that feel like spam. Just a well-timed, personal ask — the kind that feels like it's coming from someone they already know.

I'm not a large agency. I'm not a software platform. I'm not going to hand you off to an account manager or an overseas support team.

I'm based in Metro Detroit. I personally visit every business I work with. And I have a real stake in whether it works — because if it doesn't, I don't have a business.

I don't buy reviews, manufacture fake ones, or do anything that violates Google's policies. Every review that comes from working with me comes from a real customer who had a real experience with your business. That's the only kind worth having.
